The last line of Luke gives such good advice: “They stayed in the Temple all the time, praising God.” No matter if it’s the worse of times (your best friend’s been crucified) or the best of times (Jesus is risen!), we need to stay in a place of praise. Through anger, through sorrow, through joy. Praise opens the door …to God and God opens the door to everything else. No matter what, praise him anyway.
